The Adventures of Pocket Edward Compilation Post

We have had SO MUCH fun going through all of the pictures you girls have sent us of your adventures with Pocket Edward!  Thank you for taking the time to put them in an email to us!  We tried to link up to everyone at the end of the post.  Let us know, if we missed someone!  We'll be more than happy to fix it.

Without further ado, The Adventures of Pocket Edward...


Once upon a time there was a boy named Pocket Edward.  He was perpetually 17.  He had a (unbeating) heart of gold. 

He caught small children as they fell from stair wells. 

We all know what an epidemic this is.

So, his contributions to society were immense.

He also thinned out the ever growing wolf population. 

This was a huge help to all people of the Teamedward Tribe.

In his spare time, he loved to drink Rainier Beer.  It was one of his few human-like indulgences.

Really, the only other thing he loved as much as his Vitamin R was a girl named Pocket Bella.

Pocket Bella was always getting herself into life-threatening situations and Pocket Edward was always coming to her rescue.  He's so chivalrous.

This one day, Pocket Bella was hanging out with Pocket Jacob.  Pocket Edward told her that Pocket Jacob was no good for her and that she should stay away from him. 

Of course, Pocket Bella didn't listen.  She never does.  Stupid girl.

Pocket Edward felt like he was always spinning his wheels when it came to Pocket Bella...same story, different day.

She was in trouble.  He came to rescue her.  That's how it always went.

Fortunately, this particular day, Pocket Jacob backed down peacefully. 

As they were driving back to town, Pocket Edward told Pocket Bella that he was taking her away, so that she wouldn't get into any more trouble...for a while at least.

So, they went to Disney World.

Word on the street or "the Twitter" (as my Granny calls it) is that Rob is going to grace the pages of another issue of Vanity Fair.   *squeeeee*

I also read recently (on UPI.com)that Reese had good things to say about The Precious...and I quote...

Witherspoon is engaged but says her leading man, Robert Pattinson, is definitely a catch. (duh!)
 Witherspoon said recently her romantic co-star on "Water for Elephants" was not only good looking but had a great personality as well. (Where the hellz have you been?  We've known this for a looooooong time. Get with it, Reese.)


"He is just so good looking and he's a really nice person," said Witherspoon. (Um, yeah.  About that.  We love ya, Reese, but keep your pretty little digits off of him, mkay pumpkin?)

People magazine said Saturday Witherspoon and Pattinson worked together once before. He played her son in "Vanity Fair," although his scenes were edited out. (He played her son?  Really?  She's no where near old enough to be his mother.  That's weird.)

Witherspoon is engaged to talent agent Jim Toth, but Pattinson is also unavailable as he maintains what People called a low-key relationship with "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart. (awe, we *heart* Robsten.  Long live Robsten)

According to E!Online, she hurt it while (possibly) shooting in Baton Rouge.  This pic was taken last week when she was at LAX.  Summit isn't spilling anything for fear that the least little bit of info would send Twitardia into a spin cycle over WHAT exactly was being filmed in BR.  WHAT?  We've never done anything like that.  We're so rational and level headed when it comes to Twi-business.  Come on, Summit.  Give us a little cred.  *snicker*

So, whadya think?  We wanna know.

Rob and the crew have arrived back in Vancouver for more filming of BD.  According to People, RPattz and KStew flew there on the same private jet, but took separate cars to the hotel.  What's that all about?  Maybe just less press when they're separate.  In my mind, they took separate cars so they could avoid all the papz and then they rendezvoused back at THEIR room.  It's Robsten 24/7 up in here.

What do you guys think?  Together?  Separate?  Shackin' up?  Putting up a front for the Papz?

Also, what are our chances of having a Robsten moment this Sunday at the Oscars? 

Gather.com rumors that KStew is "too busy" for the Oscars.  Boo.  I'm sure she would look stunning.  She very seldom disappoints at big events.  The same article did state that Rob is more than likely going to be there and possibly might present. 

My hopes are high.  I have my DVR set. 

You just can't be too careful when The Precious has a possible TV spot.

IRWTSMN - Healthy Eating

Helloooooo, Happy Friday. 

Since, we all agreed that we need to recommit to IRWTSMN, I was thinking that it would be good for us to share some ways that we are recommitting...and what better way to start that off than by sharing some healthy recipes...or just healthy eating.

(Was that like the longest run-on sentence ever?  I'm not fixing it.  You'll just have to deal.)

You don't have to share a recipe.  I know some of you aren't "cookers".  I was thinking you could share your favorite low-cal recipe, meal ideas, tips on eating out, healthy snack options...anything pertaining to healthy eating.

I'll go first...

One of my favorite healthy things to eat when I'm watching my calories and such, is a yummy delicious Shrimp and Spinach Salad.

I just take some frozen shrimp (a cup or so) and put them in a skillet with a tablespoon of EVOO (that's Rachel Ray lingo for extra virgin olive oil) and a tablespoon of minced garlic.  I saute all of that together and just pour it over my large bed of fresh spinach...and voila...dinner is served.  The EVOO and hot shrimp wilts the spinach a little.  It's really really yummy and low-cal, low-fat, and low-carb!

It's Time (WARNING: another Team Jacob / Taylor Lautner post)

It's time. 

We've been asked to do another post on TLaut...aka Jacob Black, Taycob, WolfBoy to many, and Sharkboy to some. 

What our readers want, our readers get.

Trixie can't bring herself to discuss Taylor in this manor, so I'm taking one for the team and putting together, yet another, Team Taylor/Jacob post.

I think we can drop the boy now though.  He's a man.  He's 19.  He had a birthday last week.  "Happy belated Birthday, Taylor!"  No one is going to jail.  Although, I know we have some readers to have a strong adversity to him.  So, I'm giving people who are offended by his presence enough warning to turn away now. 

It's about to get hot up in here.

A steamy 108 degrees to be exact.

I think what might help you Rob/Edward fans out there (if you're still with us) is to try not to focus on this...

and just try to see Taylor outside of the realms of Twilight.

Then, perhaps you might find a little corner of your heart for him???  (I'm trying here people.)

I always have to throw this one in.  I think it is one of the BEST pictures of him.  Ever.  Those photographers know what they're doing...notice the belt coming undone...yep, you know where your mind goes after that.

Other than filming Breaking Dawn and being all up in Bella's business, what is Mr. Lautner up to these days?

Last time we did a post on him (which has had over 3,100 hits so far...our 2nd highest viewed post of all time) he was filming the movie Abduction, where he stars as the lead role, Nathan. 

He's so Tom-Cruise-Mission-Impossible here...minus the crazy-jumping-on-Oprah's-couch-thing.

It is in post-production right now and due to be out in theaters sometime this year. 

He is also in pre-production on a movie called Incarceron, where he stars with Emma Watson.  It's scheduled to be out in 2013.  So, Taylor isn't going anywhere. 

From the sounds of things, he has plenty of new projects lined up when Twilight is over.

Can I get a long, drawn-out (sad sad sad) moment of silence?

I really don't like to think about the Twilight movies coming to an end.  It makes me uber sad....and depressed...like drinking before noon depressed...DEPRESSED.

OK, let's think happy thoughts...
