Why Grandmother, What Big Eyes you Have!! TNT Review of Red Riding Hood

It is safe to assume that we all know we are beyond crazy fans.  That means that we do stupid things like go see a movie that we really have no desire to see just because allegedly Rob and Kristen may have spent some of their coveted downtime seeing it.  Plus, it was directed by Crazy Cathy Hardwicke who also directed our beloved Twilight.  You know just to see if she somehow can evoke in another movie the same things we felt when we watched Twilight.


She didn't...

Yes, we have two VERY attractive leads.  Hmmm, does the male lead remind you of anyone?

 Visually moving scenes.

 Steamy make-out scenes.

Two men vying for the affections of one woman.

And somehow....

It didn't even come close!!!!

It was just proof to me that nothing will ever come close to recreating this...

Overall, I liked this movie and found it entertaining.  I didn't even figure out the ending.  Have any of you seen this movie?  What did you think?

So, here's 7 RANDOM facts about TNT.
1. Our names are not really "Trixie" and "Tess".  I know, you had NO idea, right?!
2. Trixie INSISTS on remaining anonymous, but I (Tess) on the other am kinda over the anonymous thing.  I have THREE blogs and I start getting major cases of MPD (multiple personality disorder).  I just can't keep my name straight...so, if you've ever received a comment from "JennyKate", I'd just like to come clean and let you know THAT'S ME.  JennyKate is Tess, Tess is JennyKate.
3. We started this blog anonymously so that we could gush about Rob and say ANYTHING we wanted without judgement or persecution...and so we could talk freely about wanting to have Rob's babies, and our desire for him to see us naked.  It was nice for a while, but now it's kind of a pain in the butt.  I love being Tess, but it's annoying to have to switch accounts to leave comments under the right name...so from here on out, you'll just know.
4. Trixie and I have NEVER met in person.  Ever.  But we desperately want to! 
5. We met from our personal blogs.  We connected over our love for Twilight and Rob.  From there, we realized we had just about everything else under the sun in common.  We're kindred spirits.

A Twilight/Rob Pattinson Coloring Contest...and our 200th Post

200 posts.

Seems pseudo-monumental to us and you know how we would like to celebrate??

A coloring contest.

More about that in a minute.

We've had this blog open for a while now and we thought you might like to know a little bit more about Trixie and I, so we're opening up the comments to any questions you'd like to ask us...nothing is really "off-limits". We'll compile our answers in a post next week when we announce the winner to the coloring contest.

Back to the coloring contest.

So, over the weekend an email was passed around our little Twitard community by the lovely Marie from Twilight Junkies Anonymous and attached was a link to a Robert Pattinson coloring sheet.

Scruff and all.

We thought it would be fun to host a little friendly competition.

So, break out the Crayolas. Download the coloring sheet and get to coloring.  Then send us a picture of your coloring sheet. You can either post a picture on your blog and tell us the link, send us a picture via e-mail, or post it to Twitter. You can either scan it in or take a picture with your phone...however you can get it to us will be great! We will then compile all of the pictures into a post and open up a poll for voting.  If you have a blog, we would love to link your picture to your blog.  Whoever gets the most votes, will win the contest!  Sound easy enough??  Any questions??  Email us if you need to.

Did Twilight Kill Your Romance?

On my commute to work one morning last week, the snarky radio guys were discussing none other that my fav topic...Twilight. However, they were not discussing who's hotter or which book is best. They were discussing the topic of whether or not Twilight has a negative effect in the bedroom.
A guy has written a book about how romance novels (like Twilight) are bad for real relationships.


I have looked high and low on the Internet to find the author and book title, but I can't find it! If you know what I'm talking about, please let us know in the comments. I'll add the name and author and a link/reference.

What are your feelings on this topic?

Do you think Twilight and other romance novels have an adverse effect on what goes on in the bedroom?

Do you think reading books like Twilight gives us unrealistic hopes of what our romances should be like?
