Water For Elephants NYC Premiere

Just wanted to do a little recap of the past 48ish hour whirlwind aka Water For Elephants NYC Premiere.

Now, granted I wasn't there in person, but thanks to the likes of @Mama_Cougar, @Dangrdafne, @17foreverlisa, @LivingWEdward, @MrsKassieCullen, and @robzsinger1 I was able to live vicariously through their twitpics, tweets, and OMG Rob moments.

I was *squeeeeeeeing*.  And hyperventilating.  And experiencing increased blood pressure.  And one small dizzy spell. And I was 1400 miles away. 

I can't imagine what it would have been like to be breathing the same air as Rob.  I've heard it can heal the sick and raise the dead...and bring on spontaneous orgasms...and combusts panties.

Fortunately, Mr. Tess has been gone all weekend (and all last week), so I was able to fangirl without restraints.  It was awesome.

(which also means I've been able to read fan fic without restraints.  totes awesome.  i'm onto Wallbanger, in case you were wondering.  i think I'll do a fan fic post soon...profess my undying love, and review the ones I've read so far.)

So, just in case you've been living under a rock this weekend...or you had real life stuff that kept you from seeing The Precious on the red carpet, I've compiled a little Red Carpet Review.

4 days until all of us common folk get to see WFE and Rob on the big screen!  I've heard you need waterproof mascara. *sniff*  All of us book readers know that it's gonna be a sad one...but amazing.

Who's planning on fangirling like nobody's business and embarrassing all their friends who they coerced to come along so they wouldn't have to be a loser and watch it by themselves...probably even wearing a Rob Pattinson shirt...and something with an elephant on it??

I Have A Confession...

I am SO jealous of all of your lucky people going to the NYC WFE Premiere...I can't even stand it! 

I mean don't get me wrong...I'm happy for you guys.

But I want to be there so bad.

I'm really hoping that you girls have a super great time...and that you get a glimpse of His Holy Hottness...and perhaps get to touch him...breathe the same air as him...

*sigh*

What?  Where was I?

Oh, yes.  I'm jealous.  That's right.

Not going to the premiere feels like when I was in school and I didn't get picked for the kickball team...or that one year I didn't make cheerleader.  I feel like I'm on the outside looking in. #nofair

In all seriousness, I hope you all have a splendid time...I need to live vicariously through your experiences, so Tweet often and plan on posting a detailed blog...with LOTS of pictures!

There Is Only ONE Rob

Recent texting convo between Trixie and I:

Trixie: This is Ashely Greene's new boyfriend. Remind you of anyone?

Tess: LOL. Hmmmm...sex hair, ray bans, scruff...

Trixie: Hoodie. See we all are trying to find our own Rob.

Tess: Definitely. Silly girl. Doesn't she know there is only ONE Rob?

Trixie: Don't you think it would be MUCH worse to actually KNOW Rob and not be able to have him?

Tess: MUCH. I don't think I could stand it. It's better to love from afar.

Trixie: Very true. I think that was the undoing of Nikki Reed. To once have had him and then not. That's tragic.

Tess: So so tragic.

What are your thoughts? Is Ashley searching for her Rob?

Trixie and I have unique minds.  Most things that people think are unrelated to Twilight we find a way to relate them.  It's a gift...or a sickness.  whatev.

TNT's 1st Blogiversary and a Water For Elephants Giveaway

It's been one whole year since we made our first post.  Seems crazy.  Sometimes it seems like we've been here forever and other times we scratch our heads and ask "where did a whole flippin' year go?"

One thing we know for sure is that we've had an absolute blast getting to know each and every one of you!  Twihards are the best people in the whole world.  We've learned so much and had our eyes opened to so many different experiences, conversations, and amusements thanks to you guys.

When Trixie and I started TNT, we had just planned on having a blog where we could gush about all things Rob and Twilight without any judgment.  We definitely found that...and so much more.  We found friends...friends who are like us, who care about the same things we care about, and who love the Twidom as much as we do! 

To show our appreciation, we're going to have a little giveaway.  I know shock and awe, right?  Because we never do giveaways.  hehe.  What can we say?  We love you guys and we love giving you things.
